Mental health issues like depression, anxiety, and stress affect millions of people, but in countries like Pakistan, we often don’t have enough data to
understand just how widespread the problem is – or how to help. That’s where the SAHAR-M Project (South Asia Self-Harm Reduction Movement) comes in.

The results of this important study will help shape mental health policies in Pakistan. By understanding what people are struggling with—and what support they need—SAHAR-M aims to improve mental health care for communities across the country.
